1.2 Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing speech or behavior.
1.3 Keep your contact information up to date with association.
2. Compliance and Responsibility
2.1 Read and comply with all governing documents, including bylaws, rules, and regulations.
2.2 Do not attempt to personally benefit from association decisions or resources.
3. Unacceptable Behavior
3.1 Do not engage in intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, or derogatory conduct toward any resident, board member, or staff.
3.2 Avoid personal attacks, defamation, or public ridicule of other homeowners or board members.
3.3 Refrain from violating the privacy of other residents or sharing confidential information.
4. Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior
4.1 Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately.
4.2 Continued violations may result in enforcement actions by the association, including prohibition to access the association communication channels or legal action.
